Castles for Queens is a woman-led support network designed to help women move from “I could never own a home” to confidently owning, protecting, and building wealth through one.
We believe homeownership is more than a milestone. It is the foundation of generational wealth, personal stability, and long-term independence. Our mission is rooted in practical empowerment, providing women with the education, resources, and support they need to take ownership of their future with confidence.
From the first conversation to well beyond closing, Castles for Queens walks alongside every member. We guide women through the mortgage process in clear, accessible language, then connect them to a trusted network of professionals who support every stage of life. This includes legal guidance, financial coaching, estate planning, credit repair, career development, and access to support services for women navigating major life transitions.
We meet women where they are. Whether that means overcoming credit challenges, understanding the homebuying process, or creating a plan to protect their assets and family, our approach is hands-on, judgment-free, and built on trust.

Meet the Founder
Janice Wight is a Sales Manager based in Florida, with licenses in Georgia and New Jersey, allowing her to serve clients across multiple markets and expand her impact throughout the Southeast and Northeast.
She is passionate about helping individuals and families build long-term wealth through homeownership, working with first-time buyers, construction clients, and luxury homebuyers alike. Janice believes that owning a home is one of the most powerful tools for financial stability and generational wealth, and she is committed to educating her clients so they can make confident, informed decisions.
As the founder of Castles for Queens, Janice has created a platform dedicated to empowering women with the knowledge, resources, and support needed to achieve homeownership and financial independence.
She is also an active member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Palm Beach, where she collaborates with other professionals to advance leadership and opportunities for women in real estate.
Known for her personalized approach and genuine care, Janice leverages innovative lending programs to help her clients build strong financial futures with clarity and confidence.
